NORML Ex-Leader Is New Kubby Campaign Manager

Richard Cowan, former director of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML), reports in The Marijuana News (which he edits) that he will now be Steve Kubby's presidential campaign manager. Kubby generally tries to embrace and spin the charge that he is a single-issue candidate (freedom, not hemp), but his campaign site doesn't yet mention the change. Cowan has been hosting Kubby's new weekday Internet radio show, which last week featured Shane Cory, George Phillies, and David Nolan on consecutive days.
